I have completed 14 14-day Annapurna trek with Discover Altitude.
I was born and raised up in a metropolitan. The materialist surroundings are around me from the day I opened my eyes. But, something was always lacking inside. Every single day, I wanted to go away from all this. Later on I explored that my inner being resided in nature i.e. mountains, Himalayan, forest, etc. Then I searched to go for a mountain expedition.

In a random search, I contacted Discover Altitude and booked the earlier mentioned trek.
Throughout the trek, the people from Discover Altitude were very cosy and friendly. Especially, Kumar sir and Basu swami were compassionate more than a human can be expected for. They behaved me not as client but as a friend whom they had known for a long. All the arrangements and the food they provided were very hygienic and according to my preference.

It was my first experience above an altitude of 4,000 meters....although found it difficult at the beginning, from Namche treks was a bit relaxing after a rest day. Organizers Kumar and Santosh - are kind, accessible, responsive, attentive, helpful, and hard-working people, Amar guide and Krishna porter - were like my brothers, I’m grateful for the experience shared with these two on my 8 days hike, it had a lot of difficulties due to monsoon but in a good company all becomes an adventure, because in the end, especially in the Himalayas: no pain no gain?! To see and experience Kathmandu in just 2 days including a sunrise in the Himalayas and a slaughter ritual is a challenge. But with Kumar, it works in a relaxed atmosphere. He feels good where your interests lie. This makes the experience even more intense in a relaxed way.
