Pilgrimage Tour to Muktinath is one of the most demanding jeep tours or trekking packages in the Himalayas of Nepal with alternative flight options and helicopters depending upon travelers' interest. This tour will lead you to one of the most important pilgrimage sites for Hindu and Buddhist followers through a drivable road.

Muktinath Darshan Tour will be enthralling for those who prefer to enjoy being in the Himalayas of Nepal in a short period covering varied vegetation, and the multicultural and multidimensional facade of the entire Nepal in a glimpse.

Traveling through the wild region of Nepal into the deserted Himalayas, passing by the splendiferous valleys, rivers, natural hot water springs, villages, and the orchid garden will make you soothe all your tiredness. The journey will be a journey into paradise on the earth.

Purifying yourself from the beginning, you will reach Muktinath (3760m/12336ft) the highest elevation of the entire tour and one of the holiest pilgrimage sites for spiritualism.

Muktinath Pilgrimage Tour will be a journey to the abode of Lord Vishnu as Muktinath is a holy salvation land for attaining enlightenment from the materialistic attachment of the modern world.

It is a temple where you attain ‘Moskh’ another word for liberation from all your earthly sins. It is believed having a bath in the 108 water tap of the temple will help one to be liberated from the circle of rebirth.

The journey towards Muktinath is filled with boundless majestic views of the real Himalayas. Traveling in between the mighty Annapurna (8,091m/26,546ft) and Dhaulagiri (8,167m/26,796ft) Himalayas will take you into the deepest Kali Gandaki river gorge, famous for fossil/ammonite.

Upon arriving at Jomsom (2,720m/8,924ft) the capital city of Mustang, you can take a walk on the bank of the Kali Gandaki River.

Further heading towards the deserted mountains and crossing the same river into the Kagbeni, a holy river bank where devotees do the ‘Pinda Daan’, a way of showing respect to the beloved departed soul.

Kagbeni is a small village with a sufficient numbers of lodges and restaurants and works as a border between the Lower Mustang and Upper Mustang area of Nepal. It is also the ancient trade route to Tibet and a gateway to Lomanthang, the last forbidden kingdom.

Finally diverting into the Annapurna region, you will arrive at Muktinath, a most desired spot. Muktinath carries religious and spiritual importance for both Hindu and Buddhist followers.

Every year thousands of devotees flock to the temple to attain the ultimate goal of their life i.e. ‘Moskh’. So, if you want to enjoy a short jeep tour in the Himalayas of Nepal, Jomsom-Muktinath will be the best and most easy-going tour for any age group.
